Practice Swings

I sure that you have observed many times a golfer making fluid and decent practice swings, only to see the same person over the golf ball make a shaky looking swing. The reason is easy to understand: the golf ball creates tension and certain impulses, such as trying to help the ball up. This obviously affects a person’s ability to swing correctly and make solid contact with the ball. Therefore, it is imperative that a golfer learns methods to alleviate tension and mental interference. Making a meaningful practice swing part of your preshot routine is a big step in performing better on the golf course.
